Useful Thing: Amazon Lists

I have been using Amazon wishlists for quite a while. They were pretty well organized and easy to use. Unfortuantely, I started using my wish list as a “favorites” folder and basically just piled in items that I wanted to remember and set them all to low priority. However, since Amazon is brilliant, they have come up with a solution. Now you can create three separate types of lists, along with multiple wish lists. Of course, I do realize that Amazon has had these list options out for quite some time, but I still think that they are useful.

There is a gift list, to keep track of items I would like to buy for others. A wish list, same as the old except I can make multiple. For example, I can name one list “Birthday” and one “For School”. There is also a shopping list, which can be used similar to a “favorites”. Really it just helps save some space in your shopping cart. That, too, used to get over crowded.

With the plethora of vendors that sell through Amazon, the lists are great in being able to include items outside of the normal cd, book, electronics realm. All Amazon junkies should definitely take advantage of the list options, if for nothing else, to organize your wants and keep track of your browsed items better.
