Release: Opera 9.5 beta

All of the same features of Opera 9.5 alpha are still wonderfully implemented in this beta version. I was quite excited to see a couple bugs that I had noticed previously, are now fixed in beta! Which mainly just had to do with pages that automatically refreshed themselves.

All seems to be well with the latest Opera version!
